We are back...but in a Whole New Way
Sue and I are heading out on a whole new adventure starting in early May. However, we have a new wrinkle. This time, we are not on our bicycles. Sue will be retiring at the end of March and we have planned a 3 to 4 month camping/hiking trip through the 'belly' of the United States. What about the title? I can hear it now. Have they gone completely bonkers? Of course not...well...maybe a little bit! A few years ago Sue bought me some Christmas/patio lights to take with us when we go camping with the tent trailer. We have experienced these tacky things many times in our travels in some of the not so nice campgrounds that we have been forced to camp in while on our bicycle adventures. I have always refused to use them while camping but Sue has twisted my arm and I have grudgingly agreed to take them with us. And as anyone who knows me knows, when I decide to do something I jump in with both feet. Therefore, stay tuned for more of the 'Patio Lantern Tour'. Our Two
